I have a very painful knee,l tried Bliss patches and l am afraid they made my knee throb and I. Could not bare the pain.l removed the patch after 3 hours.Do you think l should put these in the bin or how do I dispose of them. I was looking forward to receiving them and am very disappointed.

Can I make any change to order/shipping address?

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. if a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at asap and we will do our best to accommodate that change, but we cannot make any promises.

If the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate offices and we will swap it for the correct item.

After receiving your product you will have 3 - 5 days to return your product due to factory defects.

Where Is My Order?

Sometimes delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated.  above. Most delays are caused by international customs processing , so please allow a few extra days for shipping during the holiday season as we are not responsible for shipping delays.

Please contact us if your package is taking too long and we will work to resolve any situation. We are not responsible for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the postal service tracking number, but if your tracking status is delivered and you have not received your order we will expedite you another product free of charge.


Damaged Order

In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, please email us at support@blisspatches.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace your order or issue you a full refund immediately.


Not Satisfied

In the case that you are not satisfied with your product within 90 days, email us at support@blisspatches.com and we will make it right immediately. We rely on repeat business and will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. Refunds are sent upon the receipt of returned goods.

Please send us an e-mail requesting your refund. We will then provide the address to our return center, which is based in the United States. Please note, customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Applying The Patch:

  • Clean and dry the inflamed area.
  • Remove the white backing from one side of the patch.
  • Place and smooth the peeled side over the inflamed area.
  • Remove the other half of the white backing and smooth the remainder of the patch over the pain area.
  • Leave on 8 - 12 Hours for each time, 5-7 times per week for continuous relief.

Removing The Patch:

  • Patch becomes loose when exposed to water or moisture.
  • For the areas with hair, apply a bit of water and gently pull the patch off.
  • Patch can also be removed under shower.

WARNINGS:

  • Use only as directed. For external use only.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, damaged skin, wounds, rashes.
  • Consult a physician for sensitive skin issues, if you are pregnant or nursing before using this product.
  • Do NOT use with a heating pad.
  • This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
